MSVC projects made by SilentStrike

First unzip the MSVC.ZIP file in the same dir as the source.

In order to build the projects, open up sdlnet_demos.dsw with MSVC6.
The projects should build by without error with MSVC6 as long as the SDL and
SDL_net libs are in the correct spots (libs in compiler libs directory, 
includes in compiler includes directory).  The current project can be switched
by going to build -> set active configuration. 

The command line arguments can be set from MSVC by going to Project 
Settings/Debug/Program Arguments.  Still, I'd recommend using a console or 
two to see get the timesyncing and multi server/clients working nicely, rather
than just running them from MSVC, as changing the command line arguments from within
MSVC is kind of painful.

The usage for the projects is the exact same as in the README, with the exception
of tcpmulticlient, which doesn't work because select does not work with stdin
in windows (as it does with Unix).
